After acquiring some land in Launiupoko, we contacted Greg Brown to build our home in 2015. The project cost approximately 3.7 million dollars and took about 1.5 years to complete. It was recently completed and we could not be happier with the results.

I remember reading on their website that Brown’s goal is to “consistently exceed customer expectations”. At the time I thought that would be pretty difficult, because we have pretty high expectations! But exceed them they did and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

I purchased my new home in September of 2012 from Greg Brown. The first day I meet Greg and we began the process I felt comfortable with his personal attention and he never rushed me with my millions of questions. He personally answered all of my concerns and questions and in fact offered to meet as many times as I needed to be comfortable.

During the construction of the house, my wife and I worked closely with Greg and his staff on all aspects of this home. I believe that Greg Brown, his employees and sub-contractors, were honest, professional, efficient, and skilled in the construction trade…….We can both easily recommend Brown Development homes based on our experience to date.

Being based in Europe, I have had a limited opportunity to be on island during the constructions. However, the Brown Development team took fantastic care of everything, was a joy to work with, and was always approachable and available. ….The work turned out to be nothing short of spectacular with great attention to detail.
